Beaches close to Ktima Anastasia
There are many beaches close to Ktima Anastasia, the most popular are Karathona and Arvanitia in Nafplion which are found just a few minutes away.
Karathona is a wide sandy beach, well organised and a magnet for both Greek and foreign sunseekers. There cafeterias serving iced coffee and snacks, changing facilities, toilets and showers. The area is a sheltered bay and therefore the climate extremely pleasant. Ideal for both sunbathing and swimming and perfect for children.
Arvanitia is the beach that services the town of Nafplion, it is a well equipped pebble beach and a favourite of the locals wanting a quick dip in the clear blue sea. The “round Arvanitia” walk is a splendid walk around the coast on a path on the cliffsife of around 1km
The beaches of Tolo, Candia (Kondili), Plaka at Drepano, Vivari and Iria are all within easy reach of Ktima Anastasia and all offer their separate charm, as do the villages of the same name.
